Up by Grandscape it’s townhomes and newer attached housing with shared parking; down toward the water it’s lakeside streets and starter family homes. Yes, and we plan the parking around it. The townhome clusters near Grandscape often have shared lots, assigned spaces, and tight turning radii that don't leave room for a big truck to sit. We figure out the closest legal staging spot ahead of time and, when needed, run a shorter truck so we're not blocking your neighbors or fighting the lot.
We're first-time buyers moving into a starter home in The Colony. Is there a minimum?
No painful minimum. A smaller starter home or townhome often lands right around our flat-rate opener of $449, and the one-hour minimum is waived, so you're not paying for time you didn't use. We'll give you the flat number up front and a $140 deposit holds the date.
Do you move lakeside, near Lewisville Lake?
All the time. The lakeside streets off Lewisville Lake in The Colony are quieter but can have narrow access and boat-and-trailer congestion on summer weekends. We schedule around it and load early so the heat and the weekend lake traffic don't slow your crew down.
